Personal Profile
Ed Beckmann is a highly experienced business coach and facilitator. Gaining accounting qualifications in both practice and industry, he then developed his interpersonal and management skills.
His facilitation experience over the last ten years includes designing and working on leadership and management programmes with major international clients. He spent four years as a business advisor with Business Link, where his analysis and problem-solving skills were key, and was Director of a Gateway enterprise programme. He currently lectures in Finance, Enterprise and Management at the University of Winchester and facilitates on a freelance basis for many different types of organisation.
He is an enthusiastic communicator who is comfortable working at all levels of an organisation. He is known as a practical and creative problem-solver. As a facilitator his challenging and non-directive style leads groups to carefully think through their strategy and take ownership of their solutions.
